Responsibilities include developing in-house automation for API, UI, and regression testing, collaborating with Platform, Product, DevOps to run suites through CI/CD, and delivering clear test feedback to stakeholders. Remote-first, Canada-based candidates encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on test automation with API and UI frameworks.
• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
• Understanding of scalable web APIs and backend processing.
• SQL knowledge for querying large datasets.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies in short-release cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in-house automation and functional test scripts for API, UI, and regression scenarios.
• Collaborate with Platform, Product, DevOps to run automated suites on shared test environments via CI/CD.
• Provide timely test results feedback to Platform team, QA, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to planning, code reviews, and architecture decisions as automation evolves.
• Design edge-case, negative-path, compatibility, and concurrency test cases.
