Redwire Space Missions, LLC in Littleton, CO seeks a Sr. Quality Engineer to lead quality activities across aerospace programs, including coordination with customers and suppliers, audits, and compliance with AS9100/ISO9001.

You will review documentation from concept through project closure and drive continuous improvement in Quality processes. The role requires 5+ years in QA within a QMS environment, experience with FMEA, MRB/NC, root-cause analysis, and strong technical writing.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience in an industry with an established QMS (ISO9001, AS9100, or similar). Willing to consider experience in lieu of degree.
• MRB and Non-Conformance (NC) activities experience.
• Experience with root cause analysis tools (Fishbone or 5 Whys).
• Experience with supplier and internal process auditing.
• Experience with technical writing and processing documents and customer reports.
• Experience reviewing engineering and quality documentation.
• Experience with FMEA.
• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance.
• Some travel may be required.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering on planning, execution, and milestones.
• Review customer contractual documentation requirements, including SOW, Quality Requirements, flow-down to suppliers, and End Item Data Packages.
• Support quality activities and presentations in project milestones (Kickoff, Design, Test, Manufacturing Readiness Reviews).
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing to ensure quality standards and project requirements are in place.
• Involved in approval of engineering drawings, procedures, instructions, and change orders.
• Coordinate disposition and root-cause investigations of nonconforming product.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop inspection methods for products and equipment.
• Support audits to ensure ISO-9001/AS9100 compliance.
• Ensure corrective actions meet standards and documentation is compliant.
• Initiate and support continuous improvement of Quality Processes.
• Document, train others on Quality Processes.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and program personnel on Quality issues.
• Occasional travel, locally and out of state.
