Job Title

Salary

$110,000.00 to $190,000.00 yearly + bonus + benefits

Job Responsibilities

• Pick out, report, tune and assist remediate a variety of web related bugs
• Make sure the art you are doing meet design expectations
• Lead, give direction, and drive automation and testing practices
• Write, test and hand over automation features
• Lead feature development across multiple teams (architect, QA, Product, E2E) within a cross‑functional group
• Build and lead a technical QA team with strong experience in delivering high‑quality software
• Take an active part in continuous development of the product and act as liaison with IT groups to ensure delivery of high quality product
• Improve and deploy automation tests, expand test plans, and schedule testing activities
• Explore manual and automated test scenarios and configurations to meet business requirements
• Generate test data to guide requirements and test cases for various test stages
• Execute test cases/scripts to ensure delivery of great software, including integration, regression, and performance testing
• Set up, create and execute tests using our testing tools and review user acceptance testing approvals
• Create testing plans to ensure design meets business and user targets
• Innovate and implement new technologies to improve our team and applications

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience in web development
• Experience with continuous integration and automated test execution
• Understanding of software architecture a plus
• Experience with testing internationalized and localized web applications and content
• Passion for all things JavaScript
• Knowledge of accessibility and web performance, and experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or similar
• Five+ years of experience in the industry, with a focus on QA, and a proven ability in writing test cases, running functional, automated, or performance assessments, and handling defects
• 3+ years of experience with Selenium / WebDriver.IO based browser testing in JavaScript
• Nice to have experience with SauceLabs, BrowserStack, and accessibility testing tools
• Experience with Agile frameworks, scaled Agile (SAFe)
• Knowledge of browser testing and functionality testing
