Job summary

KBR is seeking a Sr. Technical Professional in Quality Engineering to lead QA activities for Honeywell aerospace programs in the Phoenix area. You will interface with Honeywell Quality leaders and site stakeholders to ensure quality performance and timeliness.

The role requires hands-on QA expertise, strong communication, and the ability to drive improvements across multiple projects in a dynamic environment. DOE/AS9100 knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 4+ years in manufacturing/quality/engineering roles, aerospace preferred.
• Experience with QA processes incl. FAIR, audits, data analysis and root-cause actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote quality support at customer/supplier sites.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Conduct tests, inspections, audits and validations per contract and standards.
• Maintain and update QMS documentation and quality contents.
• Provide training on inspection methods and Six Sigma techniques.
• Prepare and present quality metrics and progress reports to management.
