The role requires AS9100 experience, Lean Six Sigma, RCCA proficiency, and the ability to manage Corrective Action Plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce defect metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with minimum 6 years of relevant aerospace Quality Engineering experience.
• Experience with AS9100 is required.
• Lean Six Sigma expertise and RCCA proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Quality Engineering discipline across design through delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement, rapid problem resolution, and compliance with quality standards.
• Manage quality-related project activities across all assembly stages.
• Coordinate Corrective Action Plans for SRR reductions, audits, and escapes.
• Provide guidance on quality processes and standards to teams.
• Develop and maintain quality work instructions and control plans.
• Lead RCCA efforts using root cause tools.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to support decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve defect metrics.
• Identify opportunities to reduce key defect drivers.
