Rise Technical is seeking a Quality Engineer in Laurel, MD to own and drive quality across aerospace/defense programs. The role focuses on maintaining ISO9001 and AS9100 compliance, leading CAPA initiatives, and coaching production staff on SOPs.

Ideal candidates have electronics manufacturing experience and a proven track record with QMS systems. On-site work follows a 9/80 schedule with relocation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Quality engineering background in electronics manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of ISO9001 / AS9100 and experience using QMS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support ISO9001 and AS9100 compliance within an established QMS.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA (corrective and preventive actions).
• Train assemblers and testing technicians on standard SOPs.
• Collaborate across multiple projects and report to the Director.
