Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Quality, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• AS9145/APQP knowledge is required.
• 5+ years as a Quality Engineer in aerospace or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production data and quality systems to identify and address issues.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions for process changes.
• Support audits, failure analysis, and reliability testing; produce nonconformance reports and trends.
• Review and approve quality-related document changes (ECOs, MCOs, deviations).
