• Leadership and team management experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and data manipulation tools like R, Python, or Alteryx.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of healthcare quality metrics and HEDIS standards.
