Job summary

CMI Management LLC, now part of the Dexterra Group, seeks a Quality Control Manager/Site Superintendent to develop and oversee all quality programs at the Omaha, NE site. You will be on-site during client hours and available within one hour after hours.

You will supervise operations and maintenance staff, verify standards, oversee audits and reporting, and ensure contract compliance. Strong data sampling and inspector guidance are essential.

Responsibilities

• On-site at client location during regular hours and be available within one hour after hours.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate operations and maintenance staff.
• Verify compliance with work standards, timeliness, and accuracy of work performed.
• Oversee audits, monthly reporting, and contract compliance.
• Use random sampling to evaluate process efficiency and identify data issues.
• Guide Quality Control Inspectors and address data problems.
• Review findings and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Recommend changes in administrative procedures, methods and standards.
• Prepare and submit discharge monitoring reports.
