Job summary

CMI Management seeks a Quality Control Manager / Site Superintendent to develop and oversee all quality programs at the client site in Omaha, NE. The role requires on-site presence during client hours and supervision of maintenance staff to ensure standards and timeliness.

You will oversee audits, monthly reporting, and contract compliance, using random sampling to evaluate process efficiency and guiding inspectors. Requires 7+ years in large facilities QC and OSHA 30.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; BA degree preferred.
• Experience equivalent to Air Force CE Craftsman (7-skill level) or Superintendent (9-skill level).
• At least seven (7) years of experience with quality control and maintenance of facilities of at least 1 million sq ft.
• OSHA 30-Hour Safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee all quality programs at the client site in Omaha, NE.
• Supervises, trains, and evaluates operations and maintenance staff.
• Verify and ensure compliance with work standards, timeliness and accuracy.
• Oversee audits, monthly reporting, and contract compliance.
• Use random sampling to evaluate process efficiency and identify data issues.
• Guide Quality Control Inspectors and ensure proper investigations of complaints and violations.
• Review and validate reports of findings and take or recommend corrective actions.
• Suggest changes in procedures, methods, and standards.
• Prepare and submit discharge monitoring reports.
