Dexterra's CMI Management LLC unit in Omaha, NE seeks a Quality Control Manager / Site Superintendent to lead quality programs for contract services on site. You will oversee staff, ensure standards, audits, and timely reporting while coordinating with client requirements.

The role requires seven years of facilities QC/maintenance experience, OSHA 30, and a background equivalent to Air Force CE craftsman or superintendent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, BA degree preferred.
• Experience equivalent to an Air Force CE Craftsman (7-skill level) or Superintendent (9-skill level).
• At least seven years of experience in QC and maintenance of facilities ≥1 million sq ft.
• OSHA 30-Hour Safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee quality programs at the client site.
• Be on-site during client hours and respond within one hour after hours.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate operations and maintenance staff.
• Verify work standards, timeliness, and accuracy; oversee audits and monthly reporting.
• Use random sampling to evaluate process efficiency and guide quality inspectors.
• Review reports and ensure corrective actions are taken for findings.
• Recommend changes in procedures and standards; prepare discharge monitoring reports.

The Quality Control Manager/Site Superintendent shall develop, implement, and oversee all quality programs associated with contracts services at CMI’s customer site in Omaha, NE.

Key Job Functions

• The QCM/SS shall be on-site during the client's regular working hours and shall be available on-site within one hour after the client's regular working hours.
• Supervises, trains, and evaluates operations and maintenance staff
• Responsible for the verification and compliance of work standards and timeliness and accuracy of the work performed
• Responsible for the oversight of audits, monthly reporting, and compliance with contract requirements
• Uses random sampling to evaluate process efficiency
• Responsible for guiding Quality Control Inspectors and recognizing data problems that might invalidate samples and ensuring that complaints and violations are investigated appropriately
• Reviews and validates reports of findings and ensures that action is taken or recommended
• Recommends changes in administrative procedures, methods, and standards
• Prepares and submits discharge monitoring reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, BA degree preferred
• Experience equivalent to an Air Force Civil Engineer (CE) Craftsman (7-skill level) or Superintendent (9-skill level)
• At least seven (7) years of experience involving the quality control and maintenance of facilities of at least 1 million square feet
• OSHA 30-Hour Safety certification
