McMillen, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager with heavy civil construction experience to support dam and lock electrical projects.

You will lead the QC program, coordinate inspections and testing, and ensure compliance with contract requirements while upholding the firm’s standard of excellence. As an employee-owned firm focused on water resources, we value problem solvers and experts who continually improve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field desired.
• 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience in a Quality Control capacity.
• Experience with dam and lock electrical work is required.
• USACE experience is a plus; CQCM certification or ability to obtain.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement Quality Control practices and procedures.
• Ensure all work complies with contractual requirements, specifications, and drawings.
• Verify materials meet approved submittals and specifications.
• Execute testing procedures per contract documents and industry standards.
• Prepare professional correspondence for clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor, document, and track QC documentation (daily reports, testing/inspection).
• Review special inspections and material testing by third parties.
