McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Manager with heavy civil construction experience to lead the QC program on dam and lock electrical projects. You will implement and manage quality control procedures, coordinate inspections, and ensure work meets contractual requirements.

Responsibilities include verifying material submittals, performing testing per contract documents, and preparing reports for clients and stakeholders. Travel as needed; EOE; no recruiters.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience in a QC capacity.
• Experience with dam and lock electrical work required.
• USACE experience is a plus; CQCM certification or ability to obtain.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement Quality Control practices and procedures.
• Ensure all work complies with contractual requirements, specifications, and drawings.
• Verify materials meet approved submittals and specs.
• Execute required testing procedures per contract documents and industry standards.
• Prepare professional correspondence for clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor, document, and track QC documentation (daily reports, testing and inspection reports).
• Review special inspections and material testing performed by third parties.
