Thalle Construction Company Co., Inc. (Thalle) is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager for our North Texas projects. The QC Manager will report to the Senior Project Manager to support the operations team and coordinate all aspects of the Quality Control System implemented on the project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of construction experience on projects similar in scope and magnitude.
• Experience leading and managing a quality control staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Quality Control Systems Management and Oversight on a large-scale project.
• Onsite at all times during construction and employed by the prime contractor.
• Responsible for overall management of the Construction Quality Control Program with authority to act in all quality control matters.
• Manage a robust quality control staff of more than 10 teammates and resources provided by subcontracted testing firms.
• Maintain all documents and records at the site as required by the contract.
• Review and approve all construction submittals.
• Conduct three phases of control for each definable feature of the construction work.
