Job summary

Thalle Construction Company Co., Inc. seeks an experienced Quality Control Manager for its North Texas projects.

The role reports to the Senior Project Manager and oversees the QC system implemented on the site, coordinating with operations to uphold high professional standards. Responsibilities include leading a QC team, managing submittals, and ensuring documentation integrity while coordinating with testing firms.

Qualifications

• Graduated engineer or construction management degree.
• Minimum 15 years of construction project experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality control systems management and oversight on a large-scale project.
• Onsite at all times during construction and employed by the prime contractor.
• Manage the quality control program with authority over QC matters for the contractor.
• Lead a QC staff of 10+ teammates and coordinate with subcontracted testing firms.
• Maintain project documentation and records at the site.
• Review and approve all construction submittals.
• Conduct Preparatory, Initial and Follow-up QC phases for each definable feature.
• Oversee quality aspects and reporting for the project.
