CCI Facility Contractors, LLC is expanding its team with a Quality Control Manager for its federal construction line. The role focuses on maintaining quality control records, coordinating submittals, inspections, and oversight of subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience.
• Experience managing Government projects is required.
• Experience with Army Corps RMS system management and input is preferred.
• CQM-C certification is required.

• Experience with Procore is preferred.
• Ground-up, new construction experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review submittals and maintain submittal register.
• Perform inspections of materials and workmanship and supervise special inspections.
• Verify qualifications of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain logs of rework and deficiencies.
• Oversee three phases of inspection and lead preparatory team meetings.
• Engage in USACE quality control management activities.

CCI Facility Contractors, LLC is expanding its workforce! We are seeking a talented Quality Control Manager to join federal construction business line. In this key role, you'll be maintaining current records of quality control operations, activities, and tests performed, including the work of subcontractors and suppliers.

Candidates possessing US Navy, Air Force, and/or US Army Corp construction experience desired.

Salary Range: $130,000-160,000/annual

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in construction

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to maneuver around work sites, see, hear, and verbally communicate with co-workers and clients. Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining the physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time; frequent opportunity to move about and to work outside the office environment for extended periods involving exposure to the elements with weather that will include extreme heat, cold, wind, rain or other inclement weather, walking over rough and uneven surfaces, and routine lifting of up to 35 pounds. If required, must properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times including but not limited to; hard hats, steel-toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection. Working Environment

Job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. The office setting includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Outdoor settings include walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons with exposure to heat and cold conditions, and potentially wildlife. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
