Job summary

Garney Construction is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead project QC efforts and ensure federal contract quality compliance. You will manage Quality Management Specialists and drive the execution of QC programs across projects.

The role requires strong experience in construction quality control, certifications, and collaboration with government stakeholders. The position is based on site with Garney’s safety culture emphasized.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction with lead quality control responsibilities.
• Experience implementing quality management systems on federal projects.
• Strong communication with government personnel and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project Quality Management Systems.
• Review CPM schedules and manage submittals.
• Conduct weekly Quality Control meetings and inspections.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Federal personnel.
• Promote Garney's safety programs and procedures.
