Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of construction quality control experience with a degree, or 10 years of construction experience with at least 5 years in QC roles without a degree.
• Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors course completion required or within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an effective Quality Control (QC) system to ensure contract compliance.
• Manage and supervise QC personnel, including training and evaluations.
• Ensure site and off-site work meet specifications and regulatory standards; lead meetings to align QC with project execution.
