Job summary

Alutiiq Logistics & Maintenance Services, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager for a large BOS contract at Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake in Ridgecrest, CA. Open to relocation assistance.

The Quality Control Manager develops, implements, and continuously improves the Quality Management System (QMS), serving as the principal authority for QA/QC. Collaboration with Program and Operations managers, and government representatives ensures exceptional service

Qualifications

• A current CMQ/OE certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of five (5) years on federal service contracts of similar size.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Security Clearance: Secret.
• Experience with contracts valued around $60M annually.
• Experience with BOS/Installation/Facility Support contracts.
• Experience leading internal audits and government reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, manage, and improve the QMS.
• Serve as the QA/QC authority for contract performance.
• Coordinate with PMs, Government reps, and leaders to drive continuous improvement.
