Job summary

Kikiktagruk Inupiat Corporation seeks a Quality Control Manager to implement and manage the Contractor Quality Control system on federal contracts at Joint Base Lewis‑McChord in Tacoma, WA. You will ensure all work meets contract plans, specifications, and safety standards, reporting to the Project Manager and coordinating with the Superintendent on-site.

The role requires on-site supervision, enforcement of safety and quality requirements, and proficiency with RMS/QCS and standard office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience as a quality control inspector on federal projects similar in size and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site presence to ensure safety, health, and quality compliance.
• Oversee QC plans and supervise high‑risk construction activities per EM 385-1.
• Review Look Ahead to plan inspections and testing.
• Conduct daily quality inspections and document findings.
