Job summary

Monvera Glass Decoration is a leading glass decoration provider for the wine, beverage, and beauty industries. We seek a Quality Control Manager to plan, supervise, and monitor QC across multiple projects while guiding the QC team on-site.

The ideal candidate will have manufacturing QA experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with production, sales, and client teams. Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and IIPPs is preferred; salary starts at $90,000 with healthcare, a 401(k) match,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, chemical, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality control/quality assurance.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and coach direct reports.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication across teams and with clients.
• Experience with GMPs, SOPs, and IIPPs.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems such as Netsuite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality control team across AM/PM shifts.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to meet QC requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with production.
• Review delivered products with clients and monitor bottling line performance.
• Prepare NCRs and CARs and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain GMPs, SOPs, and internal IIPPs.
• Oversee weekend overtime as required.
