Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking a Manager of Quality Control to lead production quality and continuous improvement across winery and distillery networks. You’ll manage the quality team, coordinate with Winemaking, Distillation, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure world-class standards throughout the product lifecycle.

The role requires strong QA leadership, food safety expertise and supplier quality management, with travel across sites and a focus on CAPA and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in quality environments (wine, beverage, spirits, or food).
• 3+ years leading quality teams; strong knowledge of QA systems and GMP.
• Experience with CAPA, risk assessment and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality coverage across bottling operations and network sites.
• Oversee GMP audits, inspection procedures and sampling plans.
• Drive root-cause analysis and CAPA with production, packaging and engineering.
• Partner with quality systems to set supplier quality standards and KPIs.
• Support food safety programs and regulatory inspections.
