Job summary

Spero Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead the QC team on federal construction projects, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and industry standards. The role requires coordinating with USACE, inspectors, subcontractors and clients to address quality issues early and mentor Assisstant QCMs.

You will manage testing, inspections, submittals, and closeout activities, while maintaining documentation in RMS and client systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• USACE QCM training certification required.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience using RMS and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop Assistant QCMs on assigned projects.
• Coordinate project start-up, obtain dig permits and ensure constructability per contracts.
• Conduct testing and field inspections with documentation in RMS.
• Submit project documentation for USACE approval and manage submittals.
• Lead QC meetings and coordinate with subcontractors and inspectors.
• Closeout responsibilities including O&M requests, spare parts and as-built drawings.
