Zusammenfassung

The TEPA Companies are seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee and enforce project site quality control on a USACE construction project. Responsibilities include testing, plan verification, and enforcing quality standards across definable features of work throughout the project.

You will analyze drawings and submittals, manage QC reporting, and coordinate with USACE, the superintendent, and subcontractors to prevent non-conformances and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience on federal construction projects (USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, VA, NPS, or other federal agencies).
• Proven experience establishing and maintaining effective quality control systems on USACE and other federal projects.
• Experience using Army RMS/QCS system.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, terminology, and documentation for QC management.
• Proficient with computer software used in the construction industry.
• Ability to travel to project sites and other locations as needed.

• Oversees construction projects from start to finish with a focus on quality control.
• Conducts meetings to establish quality expectations and ensures plans, procedures, and checklists are signed off.
• Verifies materials meet approved submittals and are stored properly.
• Documents daily QC meetings and coordinates with USACE and subcontractors.
• Reviews plans and specifications to identify quality risks and verifies compliance with contract requirements.
• Performs tests to verify control measures meet contract standards.
• Maintains project submittal logs and QC reporting in RMS/QCS.
• Produces daily QC reports and addresses non-conformances to meet contract obligations.
