gpac LLC. is recruiting a Construction Quality Control Manager for high-profile federal projects in the United States.

The role focuses on developing and enforcing QC procedures, maintaining documentation, and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards. You will lead site teams, monitor subcontractors, train staff on QC processes, and collaborate with project managers to address quality issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Degree in construction or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Quality Control role.
• Thorough knowledge of construction quality control processes and standards.
• Familiar with requirements of Federal project experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies.
• Create and maintain documentation for quality inspections, audits, and reports.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections on construction sites and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to identify and address quality control issues and provide effective solutions.
• Monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet quality control requirements.
• Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
