Job summary

Medline is seeking a QC Inspector III to inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods with manual and measurement tools. You will document results, disposition products, and ensure inventory control under GMP/GDP guidelines.

You will lead inspections, support line starts, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of quality control experience in a regulated industry setting.
• At least 4 years of quality control experience in medical device and/or drug manufacturing setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely in-process and final inspections of products following company procedures and complete necessary documentation.
• Operate test equipment and perform measurements with rulers, tape measures, scales per SOPs.
• Identify defects and initiate non-conforming material reports according to policy and AQL.
• Communicate inspection results, defects, and non-conforming reports with QA and production teams.
• Verify and approve line start-up and equipment requirements per procedures.
• Lead stock checks and inventory rework to identify damaged components.
