• Record process data on forms or charts; maintain data integrity.
• Verify adherence to specifications for incoming, in-process, and finished materials and packaging.
• Inform maintenance and supervisors of quality problems and assist with root-cause analysis.
• Perform routine checks and maintain test equipment per QC procedures.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Assist in sorting nonconforming material and conducting visual inspections.
