Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8–10 years of construction inspection experience.
• High school diploma with 12–16 years of practical experience; equivalent options accepted.
• Certification in project quality areas and ongoing training per the project quality program.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct quality control engineers for inspections and surveillance.
• Coordinate with construction management and other departments to meet site specifications.
• Prepare status reports and review subcontractors' quality procedures and adherence.
• Lead quality training and ensure personnel are qualified to perform tasks.
• Participate in contract discussions related to quality activities.
