Job summary

Turnkey Technical Services LLC is seeking a Principal Quality Control Engineer to supervise QC engineers and oversee inspections for project work and maintenance at DOE/nuclear sites.

You will set priorities, ensure compliance with site specifications, and coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams. Strong leadership, communication, and safety focus are essential to deliver timely, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8–10 years of construction inspection or related experience.
• Associate’s degree with 10–12 years; high school with 12–16 years experience accepted.
• Experience with ASME NQA-1 quality program is required.
• DOE security clearance (Q) preferred; active clearance within 2 years preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct quality control engineers on inspections and surveillance for projects.
• Provide QC support to construction management and ensure status reporting.
• Set priorities to support construction/operation needs and solve complex issues.
• Coordinate with internal/external departments and subcontractors on QC procedures.
• Prepare quality procedures, training programs, and performance evaluations.
