Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a senior Quality leader for the Maxton, NC plant to direct Quality and laboratories, drive SQF, HACCP, FSMA, and related programs, and develop staff. You will lead the Quality plan, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Manufacturing, Product Development, and Engineering to sustain product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Food Science, Biology or Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum of 12+ years plant/systems experience with leadership.
• Experience in Food Safety, Regulatory, and Quality Systems.
• Experience in Sanitation and GMP Practices.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools (LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Comprehensive knowledge of food processing and quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Quality leadership to the Maxton site and develop the Quality plan.
• Ensure continuous improvement of the site Quality program to meet USDA/FDA requirements.
• Drive process improvement initiatives across staff, work groups, and R&D.
• Manage consumer complaint reduction programs at the plant.
• Lead Quality strategy with CNA Quality leadership group.
• Lead quality activities for the Maxton plant.
• Respond to new regulations and troubleshoot quality issues across supply chains.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Product Development and Engineering.
