Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Quality Assurance Lab Manager at our plant to oversee Chemistry and Microbiology labs, coordinating product releases with QA, Operations and R&D to ensure conformance to specifications and timely start-ups.

You will lead lab technicians, manage data in MES/SAP and related portals, monitor supplier quality, and drive corrective actions while partnering with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and process improvements.

Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years in QA laboratory practices.
Bachelor's in food science or related field is preferred with HACCP/PCQI knowledge.
Experience leading quality labs and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee the plant Quality Assurance Soup Laboratories including Chemistry and Microbiology.
Coordinate product releases with QA, Logistics, Operations and R&D, and support new/formulated products.
Manage lab data and drive corrective actions for conformance to specifications.
Lead suppliers quality monitoring and coordinate corrective actions with purchasing and SQF/HACCP teams.
Ensure MES/SAP/Portals data reporting and timely product starts.
