Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Maxton, North Carolina is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the Soup Laboratories, overseeing product compliance and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in laboratory practices in food manufacturing, a High School diploma, and preferably a Bachelor's in a related field. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or laboratory practices in a manufacturing environment.
• HACCP and/or PCQI certification is a plus.
• Competency in using various data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage plant Quality Assurance Soup Laboratories including Chemistry and Microbiological Labs.
• Coordinate product releases and address specification issues.
• Ensure compliance with corporate requirements for microbiology and chemistry labs.
