Capstone IT is helping our client in the Utilities domain to find a Senior Quality Assurance Tester to join their Information Technology Group in Richmond, VA. This senior-level role combines quality assurance and test automation. The Quality Analyst will partner with business and IT teams to understand requirements, analyze business processes, create and execute test plans, troubleshoot defects, and expand automated testing capabilities. This role will also help align technology solutions with business objectives, contribute to long-term systems planning, and mentor less-experienced Testers.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience supporting large-scale enterprise systems and hands‑on technical experience with Java, TypeScript, HTML, XML, Playwright, Selenium, and modern web technologies such as React or Next.js.
