Senior Test Quality Engineer
DataStaff, Inc. is seeking a Senior Test Quality Engineer for a long‑term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Richmond, VA. The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week on site.
Responsibilities:
- Creating, updating, and executing automated tests built in Playwright and performing manual tests on the SERFIS4 project during the test execution phase.
- Reviewing test documents provided by the vendor for the CASE project and providing necessary feedback.
- Running automated tests, analyzing bugs, and reporting them in Azure DevOps.
- Executing manual tests and reporting results in Azure DevOps.
- Attending daily stand‑up meetings and triaging bugs with the project team.
- Reviewing test documents and providing feedback.
- Updating end‑to‑end test cases for UAT preparation.
- Facilitating User Acceptance Testing.
- Building automation tests using Playwright.
Required Skills:
- 9 years of experience in functional, integration, and regression testing.
- 9 years of experience testing both web‑based and client‑based applications.
- 9 years of experience creating test plans, test cases, and requirements traceability matrices.
- 9 years of experience facilitating user acceptance testing.
- 9 years of experience with testing tools, specifically Playwright with C#.
- 9 years of experience in ad‑hoc and exploratory testing.
- 9 years of experience in test automation.
Desired Skills:
- 9 years of experience with Team Foundation Server.
- 9 years of experience with infrastructure applications testing.

Estimated compensation: $90,810.00 – $136,216.00, based on experience and qualifications.
