You’ll manage a team of quality technicians, coordinate with vendors and production, and report to senior leadership with clear action plans. A college degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 5-10 years in manufacturing operations, ideally in welding, machining, heat treating, blasting, or painting.

• Own and enforce the quality program and keep policies current as standards evolve.
• Lead internal and external audits, including AISC and ISO.
• Hold final authority on product shipment and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve quality issues with vendors, customers, and production teams; coordinate vendor inspections.
• Audit quality checklists and spot-check on the floor for conformance.
• Review customer complaints and satisfaction trends; lead corrective actions.
• Report findings to senior leadership with corrective action plans and follow-through.
• Serve as Management Representative with direct access to top management on quality issues.
