Ideal candidates will have a technical degree, 5+ years in quality engineering, and a track record of teamwork and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• Five or more years’ experience as a Quality Engineer or equivalent.
• Proven teamwork and leadership ability.
• Desired ASQ certification, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, ISO-9001 Lead Auditor.

Responsabilités

• Lead quality assurance programs to measure defects and opportunities for improvements.
• Manage data collection and analysis with suppliers, internal, and field issues.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to the quality system.
• Lead continuous process improvement activities and action plan tracking.
• Oversee ISO 9001 compliance, audits, non-conformances, and observations.
• Coordinate supplier development to ensure right quality, time, and cost.
• Train employees on ISO 9001, statistics, problem solving, and quality awareness.
