Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in heavy fabrication, shipbuilding, or bridge manufacturing.
• Expertise in ISO 9001, AISC Complex Bridge Certification, AWS D1.5/D1.1, and NAVSEA standards.
• Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and regulatory requirements.
• Certifications such as CWI, CQE, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and improve QMS documentation and records.
• Lead internal and external audits and coordinate with regulators and clients.
• Investigate defects, prepare NCRs/CARs, and drive corrective actions.
• Manage supplier audits and NCR dispositions; ensure build standards are met.
