POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager with at least 8 years of combined experience in quality management, project management, project engineering, or construction management and 2 years of experience in quality systems management. The candidate will oversee the quality functions of a construction project, ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards. This includes managing quality assurance, control, and project testing programs, developing and writing program materials, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring the effectiveness of solutions. The role involves regular communication with project vendors, customers, and company personnel regarding quality functions and leading the project’s quality team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in quality management, project management, project engineering, or construction management
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality systems management
• Experience in welding and/or NDT is preferred
• Experience in shipbuilding or related industry is a must
