Job summary

UCI Health in Orange, CA is seeking a Sr. Quality Analytics Specialist to lead enterprise-wide data analytics for quality and performance programs including USNWR, CMS Stars, Vizient and Leapfrog. You will manage data integrity, generate executive reports, and drive data-informed decisions with senior leaders.

You will oversee a portfolio of system-level quality analytics projects, apply BI best practices, identify trends, and support strategic planning to improve patient safety and reduce harm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, public health, or other relevant field
• Advanced technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence software such as Tableau and Power BI
• 5+ years of directly related experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-wide data and data systems for quality analytics programs (USNWR, CMS Stars, Vizient, Leapfrog)
• Analyze and interpret complex data and generate reports and executive summaries for management and senior leadership
• Lead a portfolio of system-level quality analytics projects and apply BI best practices
• Collaborate with system leaders to improve quality and patient safety through in-depth data analysis and consultation
