• Experience with population health and quality improvement programs.

• Strong interpersonal skills with physicians and administrative staff.
• Knowledge of performance improvement tools and methodologies.
• Ability to lead effective teams and take initiative.
• Certification(s) in related field.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to inspire trust and provide support.
• 5+ years of related experience.
