Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite with emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.
• Analytical and critical thinking to analyze complex system reports and identify trends.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Knowledge of Performance Improvement standards and Value Based Care models.
• Experience with population health and quality improvement programs.
• Experience with Quality and population health in healthcare settings.
• Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with physicians and administrative staff.
• Knowledge of performance improvement tools and methodologies.
• Ability to lead effective teams and take initiative.
• Certification(s) in related field.
• Critical thinking and sound judgment to mitigate performance drift.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to inspire trust and provide support.
• 5+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities
