Job summary

UCI Health is seeking a Sr. Quality Analytics Specialist to lead enterprise-wide data and data systems for quality programs, including USNWR, CMS Stars, Vizient and Leapfrog.

You will analyze complex data, generate executive reports, and guide system-wide analytics projects to support decision-making and patient safety improvements. The role requires advanced BI skills (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) and 5+ years of related healthcare analytics experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health or related field.
• 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Advanced statistical expertise.
• Strong data management and data relationships in healthcare.
