Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Quality Analyst to own the analytical engine for defect reduction within the Expert Network. You will design detection and quantification approaches, build defect funnels, isolate root causes in large datasets, and validate improvements against outcome metrics.

You will apply descriptive, diagnostic, and causal analysis to AI-scored and human-labeled data. Lead dashboards, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive AI-native quality measurement adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on analytical skills with SQL proficiency.
• Working fluency in Python or R for analysis of large datasets.
• Solid grounding in applied statistics (distributions, hypothesis testing, control charts).
• Experience turning operational data into prioritized improvement roadmaps.
• Ability to build dashboards and analytical products that drive leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design the measurement approach for defect domains and define DPMO instrumentation.
• Build and maintain defect funnels and evolve taxonomy as needed.
• Prioritize defect backlog analytically with data-driven justification.
• Analyze signals across large datasets to identify defects and root causes.
• Own end-to-end defect domain improvement loop from detection to outcome validation.
