Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Senior Quality Control Analyst to execute controls across Defined Benefit operations in WI Client Service Operations. The role requires collaboration with business partners to design controls and drive improvements through detailed analysis.

It may be filled at grade 4 or 5 depending on experience. The DB QC Analyst will join the Quality and Exception Management team, working with stakeholders across global operations to gauge quality and reduce financial exposure while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Finance or Business or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of DB Calculation experience.
• Knowledge/experience using Fidelity systems including DBcs, XTRAC, CCW, Customer WebView, FOCUS.

Responsibilities

• Execute controls across Defined Benefit operational functions.
• Collaborate with business partners to design and implement controls and drive improvements through analysis.
