Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Senior Quality Analyst to join the DB Quality team in Covington, KY. You will execute controls across Defined Benefit operations, collaborate with partners, and help drive improvements through data analysis.

The role will be filled at grade 4 or 5 depending on experience, requiring a Bachelor's and at least 3 years of DB Calculation experience, with strong Excel and Fidelity systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Finance, or Business or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of DB Calculation experience.
• Experience with Fidelity systems: DBcs, XTRAC, CCW, Customer WebView, FOCUS.
• Excel proficiency for complex calculations and data extraction.
