Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Mathematics, Finance or Business) or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of DB Calculation experience is required.
• Knowledge and experience using DBcs, XTRAC, CCW, Customer WebView, FOCUS or any other Fidelity systems.
• Expertise with Excel to perform complex calculations and glean data from large data sets.
• Strong working knowledge of DB regulatory environment is preferred.
• Ability to take initiative to problem solve and design improved processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Execute controls across Defined Benefit operational functions and collaborate with business partners to design and execute controls.
• Gauge the quality of work within the Quality and Exception Management team and provide insights to improve accuracy and reduce financial exposure.
• Support improvements to processes and controls to enhance client satisfaction.
• Work with stakeholders across levels of the global operations teams.
