• Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights with rigor.
• Proficient in presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiar with generative, exploratory, and evaluative research methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end experience and consumer research activities, including planning methodology, conducting participant interviews, and analyzing qualitative data to inform customer experience
• Analyze research findings, distilling complex data into clear and concise reports, presentations, and recommendations
