Job summary

Voltage is seeking a QMS Manager to lead and maintain the Quality Management System across manufacturing operations. You will ensure ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance, drive APQP/PPAP for new launches, and lead audits with robust CAPA activities.

You will mentor Quality Systems personnel and partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve quality performance and support successful product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 7+ years of quality systems experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of quality leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP and PPAP.
• Experience with PFMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans, CAPA and audits.
• Experience establishing and managing document control and records systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the QMS across manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and customer requirements.
• Lead APQP/PPAP activities for new product launches with PFMEAs, control plans, and CAPA.
• Manage audits (internal, customer, certification, third-party) and CAPA processes.
• Drive continuous improvement, analyze quality trends, and coach teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
