Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Sr Manager, QFS COE, Systems, Standards and Certifications to lead governance, deployment and improvement of Quality & Food Safety systems across US/Canada. You will connect regional needs with global teams, drive standardization and ensure compliant product delivery.

The role leads a team of managers and specialists, partnering with regulatory and manufacturing to implement QFS requirements, labeling and artwork controls, and certification activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Food Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years in quality, food safety, ingredients, packaging, manufacturing processes or related technical functions.
• Experience with third‑party certification programs; SQF, FSSC or other GFSI scheme preferred.

Responsibilities

• Govern QFS systems and standards for US/Canada regions.
• Lead certification programs and liaise with certifying bodies.
• Oversee artwork, labeling, and product coding processes across sites.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for QFS function and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and manage a team of managers and specialists.
