Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Risk Management Senior Manager to lead QFS governance, enable risk-based decisions, and drive proactive mitigation across the region. You will partner with global QFS, category, QiD, operations, and cross-functional teams to translate standards into practical execution and strengthen accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Food Science, Food Technology or related field.
• 7+ years in quality, food safety, ingredients, packaging, or manufacturing roles.
• Strong understanding of QFS systems and current regulations.
• Knowledge of plant production systems, GMPs, sanitation and operational controls.
• Experience driving corrective action and sustainable change.

Responsibilities

• Govern governance and mitigation for QFS risks; conduct business impact assessments.
• Identify and communicate regional QFS risks with SWOT and data review.
• Prioritize risks using qualitative and quantitative analysis for decisive actions.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce risk and share learnings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver Danone-compliant products.
• Ensure robust documentation, record-keeping and continuity of processes.
