Job summary

Danone North America in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a QFS Plant Quality Change Manager to lead change management across production lines, ensure quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with plant leadership to validate processes and documentation.

You will develop qualification protocols, oversee SPC/CIP programs, coordinate lab tests, manage budgets, and mentor teams to sustain top-tier quality in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 3+ years in QFS, Operations or Engineering in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety and quality management principles.
• Experience with experimental design, data analysis, project management, SPC and CIP.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical feasibility studies for plant projects.
• Conduct QFS risk assessments integrating ingredients, process and packaging.
• Build qualification protocols and ensure resources are trained.
• Coordinate trainings and knowledge enhancement with plant staff.
• Review and approve product changes for quality and process capability.
• Ensure accurate data and parameters in SAP/MES for recipes.
